How Much Does a Coffee Cart Cost in San Diego and Sacramento?

Short answer: a Holy Coffee Cart booking starts at $475 for up to 40 guests and 2 hours of service. Below is our full price list by guest count, what every booking includes, and what makes the price go up or down, for events in San Diego and Sacramento.

Classic Coffee Bar package, 2 hours of service:

• Up to 40 guests: $475 (our minimum booking)
• 50 guests: $515
• 100 guests: from ~$900
• 150 guests: from ~$1,150
• 200 guests: from ~$1,400
• More than 200 guests: custom quote

Premium Specialty package: the Classic price plus $200. Longer events: $150 for each extra hour.

So a 100-guest wedding reception with the Premium menu and 3 hours of service starts from about $900 + $200 + $150 = ~$1,250. Your quote confirms the exact number for your date and venue.

What's included in the price

• The cart and a full espresso bar, set up at your event
• Professional baristas making every drink to order
• The supplies needed to serve your guests
• House-made syrups in every drink
• Oat and almond milk, included in the Classic package at no extra charge

What changes the price

• Guests. More guests means more drinks and a bigger service flow. The list above goes up in steps; past 200 guests we quote your event on its own.
• Hours. Every package includes 2 hours of service. Each hour after that is $150.
• Menu. Premium is a flat $200 on top of Classic, whatever your guest count.
• Branding. A custom branded cart (our Branded Bar) is a $200 add-on. Custom branded cups and a logo printed on the latte foam are also available; ask for them in your request and we'll add them to your quote.
• Distance. There's no travel fee for events within about an hour's drive. Farther out, we confirm travel in your quote.

Coffee cart cost in San Diego
