These Terms of Service govern your use of holycoffeecart.com and your communications with Holy Coffee Cart (“we,” “us”). By using the site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
Booking requests and quotes
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We will follow up with availability and a quote. Your event is confirmed only once we both agree on the details in writing. Package contents, pricing and availability may change until your booking is confirmed.
SMS messaging terms
- What we send. If you opt in on our booking form, Holy Coffee Cart will text you about your inquiry and booking: quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, event-day reminders and replies to your questions.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and event.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@holycoffeecart.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the website
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site. Content on this site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Holy Coffee Cart and may not be reused without permission.
